Why We Built MatchCraft Pro
MatchCraft Pro started with a simple question:
Why is finding work so difficult when there are so many homeowners looking for help?
As a painting company, we spent years using lead generation platforms hoping to connect with homeowners who needed our services.
Sometimes the leads were good.
Sometimes they weren't.
But one problem kept coming up over and over again.
The same homeowner request was often being sent to multiple contractors at the same time.
Contractors were paying for the same opportunity.
Contractors were racing to call first.
Contractors were competing before they even knew if the project was a good fit.
Meanwhile homeowners were dealing with a completely different problem.
One request could trigger multiple phone calls, text messages, emails, and follow-ups from contractors within minutes.
Nobody seemed happy with the process.
Contractors felt like they were paying to fight over the same lead.
Homeowners felt overwhelmed and pressured.
We believed there had to be a better way.
