Privacy Notice

MatchCraft Pro collects the information needed to run beta contractor matching, including homeowner project details, contact information, uploaded project photos, contractor profile information, insurance documents, work photos, reviews, and account activity.

Homeowner contact details are intended to remain private until the homeowner chooses contractors and the marketplace workflow allows a focused handoff. Admins may view submitted project details to operate and debug the beta.

Contractor insurance documents are stored for contractor/admin review and should not be shown on public profiles. Public contractor profiles may show approved business details, badges, ratings, reviews, service areas, and approved work photos.

We use Supabase and hosting infrastructure to store, process, and secure marketplace data. Beta logging may capture technical errors so we can fix broken states and improve reliability.

Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for a contractor project request. During beta, use the marketplace with the expectation that workflows may be reviewed manually for support and quality control.

To request correction or deletion of beta data, contact the marketplace administrator through the same channel where you received access.
